Nicholas Grage

Founder

I am a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years of experience leading commercial and residential projects across the Western U.S. I am the founder and owner of IntegraBIM, a consulting firm that partners with major U.S. general contractors to provide project planning, 3D modeling, and construction coordination through Building Information Modeling (BIM). In the last decade, I have led IntegraBIM to more than triple its revenue — averaging 35% annual growth — while earning a reputation as a trusted, detail-oriented construction manager.

I bring a builder’s mindset and an operator’s discipline to every engagement. I have successfully led teams through a wide range of complex projects — from hospitals and laboratories to schools and multifamily developments — earning trust from colleagues and clients for my collaborative leadership style, practical problem-solving, and strong execution.

Originally from Minnesota, I grew up watching This Old House and was drawn to construction early on while visiting job sites with my uncle, a custom home builder. That early exposure sparked my lifelong commitment to the trades and a deep respect for craftsmanship.

Today, I am focused on acquiring and operating a construction business with the same care and long-term vision I’ve brought to my own firm. I am committed to honoring the company’s legacy—retaining key employees, maintaining customer relationships, and building on the reputation that made the business successful—while investing in its continued growth

My professional background combines technical expertise and business acumen: I hold a Nevada General Contractor license, a degree in architectural drafting and estimating, and dual degrees in business management and finance.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, trail-running with my border collie, and—true to my This Old House roots—working on home repairs and improvement projects with my own hands.
